We understand that in the world of high-end manufacturing, precision is key. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities to ensure your project remains on track.
To process your return efficiently, please adhere to the following timeframes:
30-Day Standard Return Window: You must log a return within 30 days of delivery if:
We delivered the wrong fitting or accessory.
The hardware arrived damaged (scratched, dented, or broken).
The item is missing critical parts (e.g., screws, dowels, or mounting brackets).
You changed your mind (Standard inventory only; see exclusions).
Defective Items: For hardware or accessories that are found to be defective after inspection upon receiving the item, you must log a return within 30 days of delivery, unless the product carries an extended manufacturer warranty.
To ensure your return is accepted, you must pack it carefully to prevent damage during transit.
Packaging Requirements: Items must be returned in their original product packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
Condition: Protective films on handles or sinks must remain intact unless the item is being returned for a defect.
Non-Compliance: If an item is returned without original packaging or missing parts, we cannot accept the return. We reserve the right to charge a collection and redelivery fee should you wish to send the missing components later.
If we made a mistake or your order arrived in poor condition, we will prioritize the resolution. Once we have inspected the item, you may choose to:
Replace the item (subject to stock availability).
Credit your account with the purchase price.
Refund you via your original payment method.
Exclusions: An item is not considered "Damaged on Delivery" if it was damaged during improper installation, used for an unintended structural purpose, or damaged by electrical surges (for electronic hardware).
If you no longer require the hardware, you may return it within 30 days provided it is unused and in its original sealed packaging.
Exclusion for Bespoke Items: Please note that custom-etched hardware or bespoke 3D-printed components (non-metallic) cannot be returned for a "change of mind," as these are manufactured to your unique specifications.
Costs: You will be liable for the courier fees associated with the return, which will be deducted from your refund.
If an item fails due to a manufacturing defect, our technical team will inspect it upon return. Valid defects may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Invalid Defects include:
Normal wear and tear from frequent use.
Corrosion: Damage caused by sea air or harsh cleaning chemicals not intended for the hardware finish.
Unauthorized Modifications: Any altering of hardware, painting, or software modification of 3D printers.
Certain technical items—including our Creality 3D printers (K2 Plus, CR-M4, Ender 3 S1-Pro) and specialized electronic fittings—carry direct Manufacturer Warranties.
In these cases, the manufacturer handles repairs or replacements directly.
Stravagante will provide you with the necessary contact details and service center locations to ensure a swift resolution.
While we strive for 100% accuracy, we rely on a complex supply chain.
Real-Time Stock: We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is physically unavailable due to simultaneous sales or system errors.
Supplier Inventory: Items marked as "In Stock at Supplier" are subject to vendor availability. We will offer a full refund or backorder options if these are unavailable.
Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price due to technical errors.
